Move the warning message output to standard error. 
`ffmpeg -version` gives "ffmpeg version 2.8.14-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 Copyright (c) 2000-2018 the FFmpeg developers" on Ubuntu Xenial, which make int() failed during extracting version code.
